SMARTHOMES PROJECT

A brilliant extension of our existing care products for Medically Complex Children

While Smartdocs is a SaaS product that provides caregivers and medical professionals with support in administering patient care,

 

SmartHomes is envisioned as a facility where children recovering from intense medical procedures can rest and recuperate in a safe environment, with their families, before making their journey home.

PROJECT VISION

"Our facility bridges the gap between the hospital care and the final stop at home."

The SmartHouse patient care facility is a new way to think of treatment. Patient care extends from hospital care to a rest period in a medically sound environment, to the final trip home where the life of the child can resume as normal. Our facility will address a critical need in patient care that our current healthcare system can’t currently provide.

 

Aligning with the SmartHouse Project is an investment into a bold reimagining of what holistic treatment for vulnerable children looks like. Our SmartHomes will be a replicable model that parents of medically complex children can adopt at their own homes.

PROJECT OBJECTIVE

"We aim to give Medically Complex Children a holistic and comfortable experience throughout their journey."

The SmartHome Project aims to the do the following:

  • Build a facility fully equipped to handle medically complex children and persons with disabilities.

  • Handle the in-between hospital and home care of X number of families per month.

  • Create partnerships with nearby hospitals to support their patient care.

  • Create a model for patient care that fills in a gap in the current system.

  • Further SmartHome technology that the general public can integrate into their own homes.

  • Generate a media campaign to educate the public on our model and showcase our sponsors and supporters.

FACILITY LAYOUT

  • 8 SmartHomes themed after the state

  • 1 Administrative Building

  • Playground Area themed after the state

  • A small train track that encircles the facility that children's age 4-12 can ride

  • A welded art-fixture in the shape of the state

  • A shuttle area

  • A car park area

SMARTHOUSE FACILITY

Medically complex children need you to be a hero and improve their quality of life
  1. Our state-of-the-art SmartHome is equipped with the latest medical equipment capable of treating a variety of needs of medically complex children. Inside and out are fully outfitted with disability fixtures to accommodate the needs of everyone.

  2. The facility emphasizes fun and relaxation as part of the healing process. A playground area for children will be installed to support an atmosphere of hope.

  3. The facility is themed after the state .

  4. There will be fixtures in place to showcase the brands of our sponsors who help in bringing the project to reality. This is important in bringing awareness to the general public.
